Both the Presiding Bishop and Bishop Cate are recommending donations be made to Episcopal Relief and Development. The website is www.er-d.org. According to the ERD website, they are providing relief directly to the Diocese of Haiti. The best method to use is to send funds directly to ERD via their website, or you may also drop off a donation at the office with the check made out to "Episcopal Relief and Development". Sending it directly to ERD ensures the least "downtime" for your donation. Incidentally, ERD historically gets very high rankings for effective and responsible use of funds, so you can be assured your donation is in good hands.
