Ash Wednesday – February 22 – will be a special day at Trinity Church with an emphasis on Reconciliation and Forgiveness. The Church will be open as a space for silent prayer and reflection as we observe a Day of Quiet. The Rev. Canon Bruce Gray will be at Trinity for the day to lead two mealtime lectures. The mealtime lectures are: “What is Spiritual Direction and Why does it Matter” at 8:15am with Charlie, “What is Confession and Why does it Matter?” at 1:30pm and “What is Reconciliation and Why does it Matter?” at 5:30pm, both with Bruce. Light meals will be served at each presentation. Additionally, Bruce and our own clergy will be available lead the Rite of Reconciliation for anyone from 9:30-11:30am and 2:30-4:30pm. Please take advantage of this transition into the Lenten season.
