ECLIPSE INFORMATION: We will be open for all services on Sunday, April 7. Our office will be closed on Monday, April 8.

Spiritual Formation

In addition to taking care of the physical self, we are also called to take care of the spiritual self.

Memberships to the gym, taking long walks or runs, eating healthy diets, getting plenty of rest, wearing sunscreen … these are all ways of taking care of ourselves. They are good things to do, for we are told that our bodies are holy—they are temples. In addition to taking care of the physical self, we are also called to take care of the spiritual self. God is calling us to explore, discover, and understand our relationship to God, to self, and to our neighbors. This is a life-long process.

We at Trinity hope that, through them, you will come to know the rich heritage of the church and the deep mysteries of God.
